hola! la capacidad máxima del cuarto es para 4 personas mayores de 4 años, si es un bebé se puede agregar una cuna con mucho gusto, pero lamentablemente no contamos con espacio para mas de 4 personas en una habitación

que tan lejos esta merida en coche, tiempo y KM.

Merida esta a una distancia de 3 horas aprox de Chiquila que es pueblo donde deberan tomar el ferry hacia Holbox que tarda mas o menos 30 min. Saludos!

Nice hotel but far from the center

Simple but pleasant rooms; Friendly staff; Good quality/ price ratio.

Poor Wi-Fi connection in the rooms; Far from the center; Cockroaches... Twice we had cockroaches in our rooms, once in our bed while we slept…. Beds must have a net; The guard usually sleeps at night, on the reception floor, and sometimes doesn't wake up when people knock on the door.

The staff was very helpful and organized our transports. The decoration inside feels like a balinese eco lodge, loved it!

It was a bit far from the center, no breakfast included, the rooftop was not usable and the pool was cold.

Great place to stay at Holbox (very good location and value for money)

A lot, we enjoyed the hotel very much, and even extended our stay. Good location (we could walk or ride anywhere without any problem), very good attitude and service, and very nice room. I loved that for some reason, even though we always turned off the AC when leaving, every time we returned from the harsh sun outside and back to our room, it felt cool and fresh. I also noticed a lot they did to improve the facilities, based on the negative comments I read previous to my stay (my room was right next to the pool, and it didn't feel humid at all, thanks to the dehumidifier; and it smelled nice, thanks to the continous aroma spray; nice LED stripe to fully illuminate the room if needed; shower had very nice pressure, although sometimes water wouldn't heat so much; pool was clean and fresh, and it had a bench to leave your stuff while in the water, etc.)

WiFi did not reach our bedroom, and since the island has no phone reception, we were basically uncommunicated once in our room and without internet access. Also, some sort of storage space for the bathroom would be nice (my wife has a lot of stuff and had to pile everything up besides the sink). Finally, towels were just a bit harsh to the touch.

Beautiful place

The rooms are big and beautifully designed. Everything was clean. The pool is small but refreshing on hot days.

We had some issues when paying by card in the hotel, but the staff managed it well. When it rains, everything gets floded.

Nicely decorated and lovely staff

The hotel is beautifully decorated. both the pool/common areas and the bedrooms. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The rooms smell like damp. we moved from one room to another as the aircon was leaking in the first room and the second smelt less like damp but it was still there. They have dehumidifiers in the rooms so it must be an issue. The location is ok. the streets around it have quite a lot of litter and a lot of building work going on. I would say it’ll be a lot more built up and nicer in a few years when all the construction is done. it’s also 10 minutes walk to the beach which on such a small island is actually long enough. it’s good value, so it’s worth staying there if you just want a base.

Wonderful & beautiful hotel in Holbox

The hotel was beautiful & service was excellent. We spent a nice few days here. It is a 10 minutes walk away from the center, but for us this was a good thing, we appreciate the calm atmosphere.

the room has very minimal natural light as the windows are very small and high, so it feels a bit like your in a basement

Very basic accomodation but fine for a couple of nights. Clean and staff were friendly.

The pool is tiny and shaded, I can’t imagine anyone uses it! Shower wasn’t always hot.

Pros and cons.

I liked that it was just a little outside of the main strip with all of the restaurants, bars and shops so it wasn't as loud for us to try and sleep.

Our room window opened into the main lobby (when we showered we had to close the window or else everyone could see directly into the shower) There was only one small window for outside (the room was dark) The staff wasn't able to change the language to English on Netflix so we couldn't watch tv.
